Operational since 1993, Layton Christian Academy provides Christian education to more than 550 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The academy is accredited by the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS) and Northwest Association of Accredited Schools (NAAS). It offers extended care, special education and lunch programs. The academy provides courses in English, social studies, science and math, as well as foreign language classes in Spanish. Layton Christian Academy also offers lessons in performing arts, music and dance. It conducts various field trips, competitions, and other educational and cultural events. The academy additionally provides a variety of sports activities, including basketball, volleyball, cross-country, wrestling, soccer and volleyball. Its high school offers honors classes and information about degree and diploma programs.
