Since 1987, Dr John Arsen has been working with patients to provide the best podiatric care for patients in Northern Oakland County (Lake Orion, Oxford, Rochester, Clarkston, Ortonville, Auburn Hills, Lapeer). Dr. John Arsen and Dr. Kristi Schons, experience in podiatry is coupled with genuine concern for their patients. All our staff is dedicated to properly diagnosing your foot and ankle condition and treating it promptly as well. Whatever your foot concern (Bunions, heel pain, heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, hammertoes, ingrown nails, fungal nails, warts, achilles tendonitis, diabetic foot care, etc) we have the experience and we can help.
One of our areas of special interest is Sports Medicine. We are avid athletes and participate in road races including marathons and triathalons. Being athletes, we are especially tuned into how frustrating sports injuries can become. We are proud of the hundreds of referals we get annually from local coaches, physicians and athletic trainers to care for their athletes. We are also the team Podiatrists for the Hanson/ Brooks Olympic Development Team.
The Athens Podiatry Group, with offices throughout the region, features several physicians who provide a variety of foot-related diagnoses and treatments. These include treatment for everything from Achilles tendon issues to ankle instability.
