Palos Park Presbyterian Community Church has roots dating back to 1898, and has existed at its current location since 1901. The Church emphasizes the community aspect of its name. Members participate in a variety of activities, including Bible study, adult ministries, children's activities, Sunday school, choir, junior high and high school groups, mission trips, and community projects. It also hosts the Palos Park Woman's Club farmers' market on Friday mornings during the summer and fall. Pastor James Tony has led the church since 1990.
First Presbyterian Church, located in downtown Redlands along Cajon Street, is a large church that includes a school behind it. The sanctuary is massive, with plenty of room for its members and guests. Services are at 9:30am on Sundays in the main building of the church, which was established in 1969. The church works with children and adults to educate about God and the Bible through study programs and youth initiatives. It also has several events each month within the church and throughout the city. Parking is free in a large lot behind the building, and new, interested parties are welcome to attend any services of the church and stick around after to speak with the pastor.

As parishioners enter, they are always greeted by friendly members who can answer any questions. The worship services last 75 minutes, where they blend contemporary music with traditional hymns. Child care is available through age 3 for all services. Children's church for ages 4 through first grade is offered at the 9:15 service.
