BECEP, also known as Bismarck Early Childhood Education Program, serves more than 500 preschoolers and their families with four programs, including Head Start, Early Childhood Special Education, Early Intervention and Right Track. Established in 1965, BECEP provides a variety of services that include developmental screenings and evaluations, specialized instruction and therapy, parent training and support, and health education and consultation. It receives grants from various federal and state departments and is managed by Bismarck Public Schools. BECEP is located in Bismarck, N.D.
