The Canyons Restaurant offers Southwestern cuisine. The restaurant seats about 225 people spread across a dining room with booths, four-seat tables and a large bar area with a counter that seats about fifteen. The bar has four large HDTV screens that feature the day's biggest sports games.
Canyons' specialties include tacos, burritos and enchiladas. Its most popular dishes are fish tacos, blackened halibut tacos, the Bangkok express, a prime-rib dip, a grilled chicken club, gorgonzola spinach salad and blackened chicken pasta salad.
