Metrospecs carries all your basic high quality eyewear. It also offers frames, lenses and service. Most customers are referred by Dr. Barbara Ciampa's affiliated eye care clinic. The Lake Rim Recreation center is located adjacent to Lake Rim Elementary. The center offers multiple sports fields for soccer, football and baseball, as well as a running track. The offices are located just inside of the elementary school. Call ahead for event times.
True Vine Ministries provides worship to the Fayetteville and Fort Bragg areas. This church targets military members and their families. The pastor is a former Fort Bragg soldier and has made it his mission to assist fellow soldiers past and present with their spiritual needs. This church has recently built a full sports and recreation center for congregation members.
Methodist University is a private university on the north end of town that boasts more than 70 undergraduate majors, three graduate programs and 19 varsity level athletic programs. Though the school is local, there is a broad student body from out of state and other countries.
