Crabapple First Baptist Church was established in 1892 in the community of Crabapple in North Fulton. It is a very active church with programs for music, youths, men, women and missions. Crabapple has youth basketball teams, aerobics classes, a weekday preschool, prayer and Bible study groups and a special group for mothers of preschoolers.
Kids R Kids is a children's learning center with a large glass window in the front, a design theme that continues throughout the building to provide an open and inviting atmosphere. It offers a variety of classes including Tae Kwon Do, tap and ballet, Spanish and computer courses. Kids R Kids has minimum requirements in training for all employees, all of whom are certified in CPR and First Aid. There are recreational facilities located in each of the classrooms as well as a large playground outside.
Dedicated to a Paulding County native and a teacher who taught various grade levels for 36 years in the Paulding County school system, Austin Middle School educates sixth through eighth graders and provides extracurricular activities. The school is home to the Eagles and opened in 2005.
