Cedar Hills has an enrollment of about 350 students in grades kindergarten through five. There are two or three classrooms for each grade. The curriculum includes math, language arts, science, social studies, art, physical education and music. Spanish is taught in grades one through five.  

Students can participate in activities such as peer mediation, spelling bee, peer tutors, Cedar Hills Ambassadors, Battle of the Books, Student Treasures book publishing as well as friendship groups.

The Cedar Hills Parent Teacher Organization is very active, providing family activities such as Cedar Hills Restaurant Nights, Family Movie Night, a school dance and a year-end picnic. PTO support also provides parent volunteers, student and staff treats, concert decorations, community service programs and funds for teacher wish lists. The PTO is currently working on purchasing a smartboard and projector for every classroom.
