Located in Rochester Hills, the 52-3 District Court serves the communities of Auburn Hills, Addison Township, Lake Angelus, Orion Township, Oakland Township, Rochester and the villages of Lake Orion, Leonard and Oxford. The current judges are the Honorable Nancy T. Carniak, the Honorable Julia A. Nicholson and the Honorable Lisa L. Asadoorian.
