The Northwestern University Chabad House, known as the Tannenbaum Chabad House, is a center for Jewish students at the school. The center hosts social activities and workshops based on Jewish learning as well as services for the high holidays.
Congregation El Yahu is a place where followers come to pray, celebrate and learn. This Reform congregation is also a place for solace, prayer and reflection. The temple offers Friday Shabbat services and Saturday Torah readings.
The Anshe Sholom B'nai Israel Congregation is a dynamic Modern Orthodox Jewish community. This place of worship has roots in Chicago from it's establishment 142 years ago. Its congregation offers many services and regularly hosts interesting meetings and events at its facilities, which include the Mikvah. The congregation engages with the modern world while remaining devoted to Halacha and tradition. Shacharit, or services, are held every morning other than the Shabbat.
