Moody Theological Seminary and Graduate school (formerly Michigan Theological Seminary) is located within Plymouth. The Michigan-based campus employs seven resident and 14 adjunct faculty members. A library is located on-site with more than 75,000 volumes of material. Alumni of the school are actively serving as pastors, Christian educators, missionaries, military chaplains and more, thoughtout the United States and all over the world. Blessed John XXIII National Seminary is a Catholic seminary for mature, second-career students who are between the ages of thirty and sixty. Its seminarians have gone on to serve parishes all over the world. Since its founding in 1964, it has graduated nearly 600 alumni. Rev. William B. Palardy is Rector and President.
