We are always looking for drivers to hire directly as well as hire owner / operators. Direct drivers receive $50K to $60K. Pay is by hub mile, and drivers receive $0.39 per mile, depending on experience, plus hourly pay after 2 hours in the loading dock of $13.00 - $13.50.
