Located in Las Vegas, Silverado High School serves students in grades nine through 12. It has an enrollment of more than 2,000 students each year. The school offers a wide curriculum that includes English, mathematics, science, social studies and physical education. Additionally, the school offers advanced-placement courses in arts, the United States Government, the United States history, world history, occupational education, humanities, English and mathematics. The school also offers a variety of sports activities, including softball, baseball, golf, swimming, track and diving. It also supports several student activities, such as choirs, bands, dramas, the National Honor Society, Black Student Union, Asian Cultural Club, and art, Polynesian dance, rock climbing and ski clubs.
