Spectrum Therapy Consultants (STC) was founded by Sandra Terrazas, PT in 2006. STC has 4 Outpatient locations in El Paso. STC contracts with 4 Home Health Agencies and provides PT services. The mission of STC is to provide focus driven patient care in an ethical and professional manner. Promptness and individualized attention to patient’s needs is our priority.
