Founded in 1893 and located in Barrington, R.I., St. Andrews School is a coeducational school that provides academic education and religious programs. The school enrolls more than 200 students in grades six through 12. Its curriculum includes English, fine and language arts, math, humanities, foreign languages, science and social studies. Additionally, it provides physical and technology education. St. Andrews School organizes various extracurricular activities, such as art, dance, music, theater and debate competitions and intramural sports. The school has a library that provides a large collection of curriculum books, encyclopedias, referral sources and access to the Internet. It provides various sports activities, such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, badminton, golf, swimming and tennis. St. Andrews School also provides Renaissance and summer school programs, and career counseling and student support services. The school is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
