Tuscarawas County Office of Recycling & Litter Prevention assists in the cleaning up of road side litter of county and township roads. It works in association with various groups, clubs, schools and individuals and provides Certificate of Appreciation and a promotional item to the participating persons. It offers a variety of programs, such as volunteer program, juvenile litter pick-up program, and reporting litter offenses and open dumping.
