The company contributes 9% after the first year of employment, based on a stepped-vesting schedule, with the potential for a discretionary match of up to an additional 6% yearly. Our HSA and FSA plans allow employees to set aside non-taxed payroll funds for future withdrawal to cover dependent care and medical expenses.
