Facilities Management offers maintenance, infrastructure preservation, energy conservation, custodial and security services. It is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of property, administration of leased facilities and management of owned telephones, paging and electronic systems. Facilities Management is a division that is operated by Washoe County Public Works Department, which also has capital project, engineering, roads and general service divisions.
