Founded in 1980, the Harrison Youth Council provides professional counseling services to children, teenagers and families living in the Harrison, West Harrison and Purchase area.The Council is a nonprofit organization and all counseling, mental health and substance-abuse prevention services provided are free-of-cost and completely confidential.Counselors there speak English, Spanish andJapanese.
