Thank you for the opportunity allowing us to introduce some items of interest about Roderick Arms and Tool Corporation, a Missouri corporation since 1958.Roderick Arms is located in Monett Missouri halfway between Joplin and Springfield thirty miles northwest of the country music capitol of the world Branson. Roderick Arms currently employs forty skilled machinists involved in manufacturing, tool and die design, production, and contract machining of precision parts. Some of Roderick Arms customers are Teledyne Continental Motors, Teledyne Power Systems, Boeing Military Aircraft Company, McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Corporation, Swearingen Aircraft, EFCO, and Olin Defense Systems. Roderick Arms Manufacturing facility consists of thirty thousand square feet of manufacturing floor space, and three thousand square feet of office space. We are a certified supplier in conformance with MIL-I-45208 and MIL-STD-45662.Roderick Arms provides a full range of manufacturing capability ranging from CNC turning and milling, OD and ID grinding, surface grinding, gun drill ing, tapping, threading, stamping, punching, tool and die design, and manufacturing. We have a CAM system for part programming, and a coordinate measuring machine for inspection. SPC/SQC charts are also provided upon request. Roderick Arms has the capability of machining a wide variety of materials, a few of which are aluminum, steel castings, inconel 605, 6AL-4V titanium, brass, ni-nest, and alloy steel bar.
