The Bennett Conservatory of Music is a nonprofit organization that teaches students of all ages. Classes consist of singing, eurythmics and guitar lessons, and students are encouraged to participate in special events such as art shows, recitals and orchestra performances.
Formerly the Majestic, this theater was abandoned in 1968 and purchased by Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) in 1987. Originally a playhouse then a movie theater, BAM renovated it, retaining much of the well-worn interior, lending it an atmosphere that harks back to the theaters of old. Theater productions are held here in the 874-seat auditorium, and the space is available for rental.

Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum is owned by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation and operated by the Bartow-Pell Conservancy. The site was built between 1836 and 1842 and epitomizes country life in the area during the 19th century. It was opened as a museum in 1946, offering visitors of all ages a look into a distinct time period through its landscape, gardens and the mansion itself. The site is the last remaining country house in the area, offering visitors a chance to see Greek Revival interiors and a collection of paintings, furniture and decorative art from the period. Classes, tours and public programs are offered to children and adults. The museum also offers two spaces for private events and meetings and a backdrop that can be used for commercial photography. Bedford's historic Court House was built in 1787 and is owned by the town. The Bedford Historical Society maintains the building which serves as ahistorical meeting. To schedule a tour of the Court House, call the Bedford Historical Society during regular business hours.
Owned and operated by Karen Hogan, Studio Art offers customized birthday parties, classes and summer camps, during which children will participate in a variety of art-themed activities. Studio Art is also available for parents to drop off their children, or to stay and participate, and also offers classes for adults. Hogan, who has a master's degree in teaching, lives in Westhampton and has five children. She will also travel to a client's home to host birthday parties. The studio is located on Sunset Avenue, just north of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center.
The Yorktown Grange is a fraternal organization and a chapter of the Order of Patrons of Husbandry that presents the Yorktown Grange Fair each year. The agricultural and county fair hosts participation games, watermelon eating, pie eating, carnival rides, livestock exhibitions and much more. There are also tents selling flowers, vegetables, fruits, photos, baked goods and local specialties.
Kumble Theater for the Performing Arts at the Brooklyln Campus of Long Island University manages to provide an intimate space despite its large scale.
