Marshall Building Specialties Co., Inc has been in the distribution and manufacturer representative business since 1965. Robert G. Marshall founded the business with his many years of construction background with Milcor division of Inland Steel Company. Mr. Marshall passed away in 1967 and Robert T. Marshall continued in developing the business in its current form. Robert W. Marshall joined Marshall Building Specialties Co., Inc in 2000. The company has been at its current location at 1001 E. New York Street since 1965 with an additional building added to its site in 1997. We are centered at the heart of Marion County in Indianapolis, Indiana with easy access to both interstate 70 and 65. Marshall Building Specialties Co., Inc continues to be a supplier of commercial construction materials to the ever changing construction industry. We offer specialties in divisions 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of most specifications. Our bidding department offers pricing packages to contractors estimating new and retrofit building projects. Dryvit is the first and largest manufacturer of 100% acrylic stucco systems. With millions of square feet applied on commercial and residential projects it is the leader in the industry. Marshall also offers a full line of access doors, roof hatches and floor doors, roof curbs, heat and smoke vents, washroom accessories, toilet partitions, and lockers. We also inventory a full line of plaster accessories and dry wall trims. Fire extinguishers and cabinets are stocked and readily available for pick-up as well as STI firestop caulking products.
