Led by Fr. John M. Grace, Parish of the Resurrection is a Roman Catholic church. It provides religious education for children in grades 1 through 8, as well as a Confirmation program for children completing 8th grade. The church also offers a Moms and Tots playtime on Wednesday mornings, in addition to many other groups and charitable activities.
St. Matthew Parish is a welcoming Catholic church conveniently located just off the I-93 Windham exit. The parish is led by Father Stephen Marcoux III and hosts regular worship services, along with Bible study groups for men and women, support groups, play groups for parents and children and a celebration choir. There are several ministry programs, including one in which members make shawls for individuals in need and the "Cursillo" ministry team visits local prisons on weekends to share their religious beliefs with the incarcerated. The church performs baptisms and is available for weddings.
St. Joseph the Worker Parish occupies a spacious, modern church on the banks of the Nashua River, 1½ miles from the Everett Turnpike.
Most Rev. Francis J. Christian became pastor of St. Joseph in 2003. He also serves as auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Manchester.
In addition to regular services, activities include youth/teen/adult choirs, a Cub/Boy Scouts program, and religious education. A summer school will run for two weeks in August 2011. St. Joseph's Knights of Columbus branch is also active in the community.
Along with the Mission Church of St. Elizabeth of Hungary in Seabrook, Our Lady of The Miraculous Medal Parish has a combined parish of 1,400 hundred families. On the property is the Sacred Heart School which has an enrollment of more than 200 students. The pastor is Fr. Gary J. Kosmowski.
St. Michael Parish is located in the historic town of Exeter. This Catholic church offers Sunday and Wednesday services, as well as Sunday school. Other ministries include prayer, men's and women's groups.
Fr. Richard J. Kelly is head of Saint Christopher Parish. This is a busy parish with ministries for faith formation, Corpus Christi food pantry, bereavement, Catholic youth organization, Knights of Columbus, worship, music, hospitality, Communion, youth and adult choir and new parishioners. A mass in Vietamese is offered on Sunday at noon.
