L. M. and MarJeanne Olson started their construction business as a residential contractor in 1949. By 1954 the business had grown enough that the Owners decided to incorporate their business and the company became known as L. M. Olson, Inc. By 1960 the company was doing a large amount of commercial work as well as residential and industrial work. The company has continued on since that time as a General Contractor as well as a Construction Manager with their principal office in Rawlins Wyoming. As of 2010, L. M. Olson Inc is responsible for more than $300 million of commercial and institutional mixed use construction in the Mountain West area.The professionals at L. M.
