WV Quilt Shop has been in the quaint village of Barboursville, WV since 1999. We specialize in fabric, books, notions, classes; and now long arm quilting education. We are also famous for our "back room" where we have fabric sold by the pound. Many fantastic quilts have been dreamed of and finished with the wonderful fabric from the back room. We are housed in the old Brady Hardware Store, once a fixture to our village. We have kept the same wooden floors and majestic ceilings where quilts now hang all around. Our shop is as charming as it is friendly with our experienced ladies to assist. We officially opened our Education Academy in the fall of 2016 for the teachings of long arm quilting. Long arm quilting is a method to finish your quilts either by freehand or by computer. If you are interested, please contact us at 304-302-5400 or visit our website for a list of scheduled classes. During the winter months we make our famous Tibbenham Chocolates of WV, chocolate covered cherries. They are delicious! and for the coin and stamp collector, David Hill Limited is located right next door! If you are coming a distance and our hours will not work for you, please call us.
