Since the early '70s, this butcher has offered the community fresh, smoked and cured meats like hams and sausages, fish and beef, turkey and venison jerky. It is one of a few places where wild game can be brought and left for processing. Marinated steak, chicken and ribs are also sold here, as are seasonings, mustard, sauces, sauerkraut and charcoal. The shop accepts holiday orders of fresh or smoked duck, goose, prime rib, leg of lamb, ham and turkey. Deli sandwiches and meat-and-cheese trays are available every day and for catering.
