The Office of Child Support Enforcement, also known as OCSE, is responsible for the delivery of child support services under Title IV-D of the Social Security Act. It assists individuals and employers with information and services related to child support laws. Operational since 1977, the agency has a staff of more than 700 employees that handles the collection and disbursement of support payments for children. It administers policy and program support sections. The agency allows custodial parents to track payment disbursement and review payment history online. It additionally offers several community outreach programs. The Office of Child Support Enforcement is a part of revenue services division of the Department of Finance and Administration, which is governed by the state of Arkansas.
