American Legion Post 238 is the Safety Harbor post of the American Legion, an organization supporting veterans of all American armed forces. Family members of American Legion members may join the American Legion Auxiliary, and sons of veterans may join the Sons of The American Legion. American Legion Post 238 holds blood drives, and The Sons of the American Legion host weekly Bingo games at 5:30pm, the proceeeds of which go to Marine's Toys for Tots. The Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce is a not for profit association of businesses, organizations and individuals from the community. Established in 1930, the chamber provides resources and services to improve the local economy and the community. It offers advertising opportunities, networking resources and events, member to member discounts, training and other professional services to help chamber members and the community.
