Part of the St. Luke's Hospital network, this establishment is a hospice that provides end-of-life care to people of all religions, ages and races. This hospice offers palliative care to help patients live out the rest of their lives with as little pain and as comfortable as possible. Services offered include skilled nursing, management care, dietary counseling, volunteer support for a patient's loved ones, bereavement support, drugs for pain and symptom control.
