Davis & Elkins College, located in Elkins, W.Va., is a coeducational liberal arts college which offers personalized undergraduate education. The college offers more than 30 baccalaureate and associate degree programs representing the arts and sciences and pre-professional and professional studies. These programs include criminology, hospitality management, learning Spanish, accounting, business education, computer information systems, international management and marketing, and management information systems. The college serves students primarily from the mid-Atlantic region and enrolls more than 635 students. The college has various departments, such as biology and environmental science, business administration and economics, chemistry, English, communication, foreign languages, mathematics and physics. It also offers honors program and pre-professional programs in certain disciplines, such as pre-medical, pre-dental, pre-law and pre-veterinary. The college has the facility of sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, tennis, softball and volleyball.
