St. Josephs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a more than 120 bed health care facility. The center offers rehabilitative and medical services for stroke, cerebral aneurysm, orthopedic injuries, and progressive neurological and neuromuscular diseases. It provides hip replacement options. St. Josephs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center also offers treatment for amputation and multiple traumas. The center provides intravenous, physical, occupational, speech and enteral therapies. It offers pain management, postsurgical stabilization, and specialized skin and wound care services. The center is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility. In addition, it provides nutritional counseling, social, and hospice and respite care services. St. Josephs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Freedom House is a community, social action agency located at 14 Crawford Street in the Grove Hall neighborhood of Boston. Since 1949, Freedom House has responded to every major need of communities of color with positive programs. Freedom House has also served as a major convenor to engage citizens of Boston in civic participation and social justice issues.
