CANE Child Development Center services children ages 18 months to 6 years, offering instruction through learn-by-play programs.

Twice As Nice Day Preschool is a program offered at the Newport County YMCA that aims to enrich the lives of the children it serves.
The program take a socialization approach to early childhood education, allowing children to explore their surroundings and become more independent. Half-day, extended half-day and full day classes are offered.

Alan Shawn Feinstein Middle School is Coventry's only middle-level school. All students from local elementary schools attend this institution starting in sixth grade. The school strives to provide an environment that is safe and will allow students to learn, grow and thrive throughout their three years in attendance.
