This location of Patchogue Medford Youth & Community Service is on Bay Avenue in Patchogue and provides many different programs, such as youth council, food pantries, clothes closet, holiday assistance and car washes. It advocates for specific youth and family help for a positive growth experience inside its communities. Through a hardworking staff, it achieve greatness inside the community.
Founded in 1980, the Harrison Youth Council provides professional counseling services to children, teenagers and families living in the Harrison, West Harrison and Purchase area. The Council is a nonprofit organization and all counseling, mental health and substance-abuse prevention services provided are free-of-cost and completely confidential. Counselors there speak English, Spanish and Japanese.
The Parent Resource Center, located in the Landmark Building on Main Street, is a non-profit cooperative and vital part of the Port Washington community. This is a place where adults share the joys and challenges of parenting, while the kids play in a safe environment. Volunteers arrange lectures and parenting classes, adult get-togethers, community initiatives and offer babysitting services. You can even host your child’s birthday party here with one of the Center staff.
